Case Study at a glance:  Edinboro University, McComb Fieldhouse, Facility Condition Assessment & Deferred Maintenance Plan

Project:  McComb Fieldhouse, the largest on-campus arena in northwestern Pennsylvania, is home to Fighting Scots men’s and women’s 17 athletic programs. Completed in 1971, McComb Fieldhouse has a meet-sized swimming pool, training rooms, weight rooms, locker rooms, and classrooms.  To support Edinboro University’s long-term planning for upgrades to the facilities, AE Works completed a Facility Condition Assessment of the fieldhouse.

Results: With a goal to enable the future of Edinboro University’s athletic programs, a comprehensive capital improvement plan was delivered.  The plan outlines and prioritizes upgrades for this main athletic facility, serving student athletes, the general student body and the greater Edinboro community.
