Promotion and new role strengthens AE Works’ commitment to design excellence in Pittsburgh and beyond

AE Works is excited to announce the promotion of Mary Margaret McCarty to Client Development Advisor.

In this newly created role, McCarty’s primary responsibility will be to expand AE Works’ impact by playing a key role in generating new opportunities. She will act as a key catalyst for collaboration with operations technical and client leads, marketing, sales, and firm leadership to set the operational sales strategy.

“Mary has been a key part of AE Works’ growth and success.  This important role was created specifically for her to lead and support client development in our operations group. She will apply her deep understanding of client needs to successfully position the AE Works team to solve our client’s critical building challenges. Congratulations and well deserved Mary,” describes Dave Andros, Chief Operating Officer of AE Works.

McCarty joined AE Works in January 2014 in business development. Her nearly six (6) year tenure has also seen the evolution of AE Works into a national design firm with project work expanding to 20 states from Pennsylvania to California in addition to a firm presence in three Mid-Atlantic offices.   Over that time, AE Works has also tripled in size, now a firm of over forty (40) professionals.

McCarty has a Bachelors of Science in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.  She brings a decade of experience in client development roles that have positioned her to successfully execute this new role at AE Works.
