Beyond branding, culture and values are being incorporated into spaces to support the employee and client experience in many ways. For example, daylighting, open sight lines and amenities convey the importance of the employee experience and support a culture of transparency. Energy efficient systems can help support energy savings over time while creating a healthy and productive work environment. This project had these goals in mind with a partial renovation of the 4th floor of the Erie VA Medical Center.

Designed to meet LEED Silver requirements, this 12,140-SF renovation converts the existing 4th Floor to administrative offices. The renovation will consolidate offices of Fiscal Services and the Business Office that are currently housed in different buildings throughout the campus.
