Focused on a vision for the future student life experience, this project provides a design solution that supports recruitment and provides a modern dorm living experience.

Originally built in 1928, Jordan Hall was in need of upgrades to provide a modern dorm. This renovation transformed the existing large, shared bathrooms to 23 new shared private bathrooms.  Upgrades address deterioration, improve functionality and privacy, and incorporate accessibility for an enhanced student life experience. Design exploration focused on creative layouts to maximize space, minimizing the need to reduce dorm room size.
