AE Works shared helpful tips and lessons learned from its company sustainability challenge on engaging teams to reduce waste, energy and water consumption at a Sustainable Pittsburgh Challenge Workshop, Engaging Employees and Community for Lasting Change, on Thursday, August 16th.
Safiya Hodari, an architect and green team member at AE Works shared how AE Works achieved 100% staff participation in the company internal competition and how some friendly competition helped the organization and individuals meet their sustainability goals.
